CMCC and LAORE took part in the two-day event “ORTOFORTE – Il mercato della terra” on July 06-07 and presented SWITCH to local stakeholders during a round table focused on promoting local and sustainable food, as well as protecting local food biodiversity.
Future collaborations were explored with partners, that included: Carloforte Municipality, Slow Food, University of Cagliari, Agris Research Agency, Pollino-Basilicata food protection community.
