Sardinia, Italy – 11 January 2024 –
The Laore Agency, leading the Cagliari Food Hub and Sardinia region, has collaborated in a recent event organized by the Unione dei Comuni dell’alta Gallura in Tempio Pausania (Sassari province). A range of stakeholders and institutions gathered to engage in technical discussions and exchange ideas and plans, all united under the goal of promoting the informed use of products from local food supply chains and the sustainability in school canteens and kitchens in general.
The occasion offered the opportunity to glean fruitful insights and make concrete steps towards setting the foundations for a future Hub activity in the Gallura region.
