18 of October 2023 – The Swedish SWITCH team from RISE and Chalmers University of Technology invited a diverse group of +70 representants from the food chain, regional stakeholders, and civic organizations to the official launching of the Gothenburg and Västra Götaland region Food Hub. The attendees were immersed in a full-day program with inspiring panel discussions, shared sustainable meals and two workshops, and got introduced to the mission and goals of the SWITCH project. The attendees were invited to contribute ideas for the formation of the Food Hub and shared insightful feedback and knowledge from their experiences. We look forward to developing innovative activities with the actors, to accelerate change towards just, healthy, and sustainable food habits in the region.
