18-21 of July 2023, Pollica – And with the end of this week, the Gastro-diplomacy boot camp organised by Future Food Institute is a wrap! Switch was presented on Wednesday in a hybrid form during the bootcamp in front of chefs, designers, journalists, scholars, researchers and scientists, to introduce the pioneer goals of the project fostering sustainable and healthy diets in Europe. We need to thank the PM Andrea Magnani, CMCC – Centro Euro-Mediterraneo sui Cambiamenti Climatici, Laura Bouwman from Wageningen University, and Silvia Paolini from the Rome and Lazio Food Hub Agro Camera for inspiring a rich discussion on the role of EU project to achieve gastrodiplomacy and what is the importance of local initiatives for engage the communities through a multistakeholder approach.
