1–2 October, Gothenburg, Sweden – SWITCH partners gathered at the Gothenburg Food Hub for two days of discussion and exchange, reflecting on project results and sharing lessons learned across the Food Hubs.
From the analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) to policy recommendations, discussions explored how experiences developed across the project can help turn recommendations into action. A central question guided the exchange: how can healthier and more sustainable food choices become practical, accessible and meaningful in everyday life?
Hosted by the Swedish Food Hub, the meeting also offered opportunities to explore its work through local experiences. Partners tasted the Gothenburg Meal, met local actors and visited Lackarebäcksskolan, where they saw firsthand how food, education and sustainability can come together in practice. These activities connected the meeting’s discussions with the experiences of people working locally.
The two days brought evidence and experience together, providing an opportunity to learn from one another and strengthen a shared direction for SWITCH’s next steps.
