October, 11, 2023, Rome – Camera di Commercio Roma and Arga Lazio delved deep into “The ethics of communication for the transition towards healthier and more sustainable eating styles” event series!
The inaugural session was titled “Proximity purchasing: the short supply chain”. The Rome and Lazio region Food Hub invited Professor Simona Castaldi from the University of Campania for presenting the SWITCH project and lead an engaging workshop with Dr. Margherita Martinelli. The workshop was a great moment of co-creation with professionals from the agriculture and food journalism sector.
