Through its Food Hubs and citizen engagement activities across Europe, SWITCH continues to translate Horizon Europe research into practical experimentation, collaborative learning, and public-facing innovation.
The combination of multistakeholder dialogue and editorial storytelling demonstrates the project’s integrated approach: creating spaces where science, culture, communication, and community action converge to accelerate Europe’s food transition.
